The Lamination Process Is Explained In Authorization Encyclopedia:

Lamination is a main process of post-printing processing. It is to bond the plastic film coated with adhesive to the paper printed matter after heating and pressurizing it to form paper lamination. It is one of the most common post-press processing technologies for paper printed matter.

The surface of the package after lamination is smoother, brighter and glossier, and can provide waterproof and wear-resistant protection. The coating is divided into matte film and light film. The matte film does not reflect light and gives people an elegant feeling. The light film reflects light, has bright colors and has a three-dimensional effect.

Embossing Process:

Use concave and convex molds with certain patterns and styles to perform pattern processing on the packaging surface. After embossing, the surface texture of the packaging will be clear and three-dimensional, adding artistic features.

UV Printing Process:

Use a special UV-specific coating to evenly apply it to the desired location on the packaging, making it smooth and natural, making the packaging look high-end and classy.

Hot Stamping Process:

There are two types: hot stamping and silver hot stamping. Hot stamping can brighten gold, matte gold, red gold, blue gold, green gold, etc. It has good appearance, gorgeous appearance, bright color and metallic texture.

Die-Cutting Process:

Make a special die-cutting knife according to the design requirements of the packaging, with accurate size, grand appearance, smooth and beautiful appearance.
